摘要
桩西油田桩59块属于典型的特低渗油藏,平均渗透率为6.4×10-3μm2,由于储层物性差等多因素的影响,部分注水井注水压力高、注水困难、注水效果差,以及常规解堵体系有效期短、效果差的难题,研究应用了分子膜在线增注技术,该技术对于恢复和提高注水井吸水能力具有明显的效果。通过室内实验研究表明,该项技术具有良好的岩石润湿性改变和降低水相渗流阻力功能,有效改善岩石渗透率,降低注水压力,增加注水量。现场应用1井组,平均单井压降3.6MPa,累增注水量3.96×104m3,对应油井累增油3168 t。
Block 59 of ZhangXi oilfield is a typical ultra-low permeability reservoir with mean permeability 6.4 × 10-3um2. Due to poor reservoir quality,water injection and broken down performance in some wells are unsatisfying accompanying high injection pressure and short break down remover validity term. In this context,molecular film on line augmented injection technology is developed to significantly recover and enhance formation's water absorbing capacity. Laboratory experiment shows that the technology can effectively alter formation's wettability and reduce water phase'filtration resistance,leading to improved permeability and reduced injection pressure. We experiment a battery of wells in field application,in single well,the average injection pressure drop is 3. 6Mpa,accumulative increased injection water is 3. 96 × 104m3and accumulative increased oil production in corresponding well is 3168t.
