高速导向涡轮钻井技术在元陆H-1井的应用 被引量:1

摘要 川东北元坝地区须家河组地层以泥岩、细砂岩、粉砂岩为主,存有砾石层,岩性致密,硬度高,可钻性差。为有效解决常规钻具在该地层机械钻速慢的问题,该地区直井中应用高速涡轮配合孕镶金刚石钻头钻井技术并取得了较好成绩。为研究水平井中高速涡轮钻井的适用性,提高机械钻速,元陆H-1水平井中首次使用高速导向涡轮钻井技术,取得了良好效果。通过分析与研究,高速导向涡轮钻井技术可以推广应用到与须家河组相似地层的水平井钻井中,有效提高机械钻速。 Xujiahe Fm in YuanBa area of northeast sichuan mainly contains mudstone,fine sandstone and siltstone,with gravel layer,lithology density,high hardness,poor drillability.To solve the problem effectively which the speed of conventional drilling tools in the formation of penetration is slow,the application of high speed turbine in vertical Wells in the region with impregnated diamond bit drilling technology got good result.To study the applicability of the high speed turbine drilling in horizontal Wells,improve the rate of penetration,Yuan lu H-1horizontal well was first used in High-speed Directional Turbine drilling technology,and achieved good effect.The result show that High-speed Directional Turbine drilling technology can be applied to similar to xujiahe Fm formation in horizontal well drilling,improve the rate of penetration.
