牛大力的种子发芽试验研究

The Research on Seed Germination of Millettia speciosa Champ

通过对品质优良的牛大力种源广钦1号进行发芽试验,结果表明:在海南初春季节,用50℃的温水浸种,自然冷却后继续浸至24h后沥干,以河沙为基质,给予适当的光照可以有效地提高种子的发芽势和发芽率,而通过药剂处理均会不同程度地损伤种子,降低发芽率。

By the experimental researching of good quality seed of Millettia speciosa Champ Guang qin num1 germination test, the results showed that: in Hainan early spring season, the seeds disposed with 50℃ warm water soaking, natural cooled, dipped to 24h, drained, and cultured with sand as substrate, giving appropriate illumination can improve germinative force and germination rate. however, the disposing with chemical treatments harmed seeds in different degree and reduced germination rate.
