摘要
阐述了徐屯隧道病害的形式、表现和发展状态,对其病害产生的原因进行分析,并对该隧道开挖方式进行数值模拟分析,验证了偏压、浅埋隧道的施工方法、管理对隧道初期支护变形和裂缝起决定性作用.从施工进度和结构安全稳定角度考虑,采用调整纵坡和局部换拱的综合方案,同时提出处理隧道衬砌变形病害的具体措施.方案实施后,其效果令人满意,此经验可为类似的隧道病害处理提供借鉴.
The forms,behavior and developmental state of defects in Xutun tunnel were expounded in brief.The causes for the defects in Xutun tunnel were analyzed,meanwhile numerical simulation analysis of tunnel excavation procedures was carried out,which proved that the construction procedures and management played a decisive role in initial-supported deformation and cracks in the unevenly-pressured and shallow-buried tunnel.The integrated program of slope adjustment and local arch replacement was adopted in the light of the construction schedule,the safety and stability of the structure,also the specific measures for the lining deformation were proposed.The application of the proposal demonstrated that the treatment effects were satisfactory,which could provide reference for similar case in the future.
