本文通过对东胜油公司二十年发展实践的研究,提出了党建思想文化工作与生产经营管理工作相互融合的逻辑关系模型,总结了有效促进油公司发展的党建思想文化四大工作机制,提出了机制模型及原理应用的策略方法。

Based on a study on the practices of Dongsheng Petroleum Development Company in the past 20 years of development, the paper proposes a logical relationship model for the integration between the Party's ideological and cultural work and the company's operations management and offers four mechanisms for the Party's ideological and cultural work that can effectively promote the oil company's development. The paper also provides the strategies and methods for using the mechanism models and principles.
