摘要
对中国石油哈尔滨石化公司0.8 Mt/a中压加氢改质装置工程设计及工业标定作了说明,简要介绍了工艺及工程技术的特点,分析归纳了装置的工程技术思路和工业标定结果,反应器内气液分配均匀;重石脑油硫、氮含量小于0.5μg/g,满足重整进料要求;同时生产-35号低凝柴油和10号重柴油产品;能耗低于设计值;首次采用硫化态催化剂的工程设计是成功的。
This article summarizes the engineering design and performance test of a 0.8 Mt/a medium pressure hydro-upgrading unit at CNPC Harbin Petrochemical Company,introduces the features of the process and engineering technology,and briefly analyzes the method of engineering technology and the results of performance test.The results show that vapor and liquid are well distributed in the reactor,both the sulfur and nitrogen contents in heavy naphtha are lower than 0.5μg/g,thus meeting the requirements of CCR feed,the unit can produce light diesel No.-35 and heavy diesel No.10,the ener/gy consumption of the unit is lower than the design value,and the engineering design in which sulfurized catalyst is first applied is very successful.
