摘要
着重介绍了沧州分公司15万t/a半再生重整装置选用国产PRT-C/D型重整催化剂的工业运用情况。文章首先介绍了沧州分公司重整装置的现状,以及重整装置的技术特点。阐述了重整催化剂的物理性质、装填情况,最后通过装置生产过程中的工艺参数及相关质量等情况对催化剂的优缺点给予客观评价。
This paper focuses on the industrial application of domestic PRT-C/PRT-D reforming catalyst in the 150kt/a semi-regenerative catalytic reforming unit at SINOPEC Cangzhou Company,introduces the current situation and technical features of the reforming unit,discusses the physical properties and loading conditions of the reforming catalyst,and objectively evaluates the merits and shortcomings of the catalyst based on the process parameters in production and the related quality.
