摘要
反渗透膜是国内利用双膜法进行化工废水深度处理系统的关键装置之一,反渗透膜的污染是系统应用中最大的问题,及时的化学清洗可有效恢复膜的性能和延长其运行周期。说明了反渗透膜的污染及其化学清洗方法;根据实际运行情况调整反渗透膜的酸洗药剂、碱洗药剂及清洗方式控制等。通过上述措施的实施,有效的延长了反渗透系统的运行周期。
In July 2004,SINOPEC Yanshan Company took the lead in using double membrane method to treat chemical wastewater in China,and advanced submerged UF and RO technology was applied in the sewage reusing device.RO membrane is the key to this system and membrane pollution is the biggest problem in the application of the system,so timely chemical cleaning can effectively recover the performance of the membrane and prolong its operation cycle.This article reviews the pollution of RO membrane and the chemical cleaning methods.By adjusting the acid cleaning agents,alkaline cleaning agents and cleaning mode control according to the actual operation,the operation cycle of the reverse osmosis system can be effectively prolonged.
