摘要
以国外某炼厂480万t/a的催化裂化装置为例,简单介绍了该装置反应-再生系统、能量回收系统、分馏系统、吸收-稳定系统的过程原理,重点探讨了该装置提升管反应器、再生器、分馏塔、旋风分离器等热膨胀设备的管道布置、支架设置、平台连接、仪表电缆桥架、梁布置的不合理之处,提出了解决此类问题的建议方案,以供现场配合施工时参考借鉴。
Taking a 4.8Mt/a catalytic cracking unit in an overseas refinery as an example,this paper briefly introduces the process principles of the reaction-regeneration system,energy recovery system,fractionation system and absorption-stabilization system of the unit,discusses the potential problems in the piping layout,support design,platform connection,instrument cable bridge arrangement and beam layout of thermo expansion equipment such as riser reactor,regenerator,fractionator and cyclone separator,and puts forward some suggestions for reference by site engineers in construction.
