摘要
独山子石化公司55万t/a聚丙烯装置234线气锁器系统,由于该系统回收的丙烯气中夹带聚丙烯细粉,细粉累积后堵塞尾气压缩机入口过滤器,在清理过滤器过程中,压缩机停机,丙烯无法回收,只能排入火炬。通过在沉降器项部增加带反吹的烧结金属过滤器过滤丙烯气夹带的细粉,减少了因清理过滤器压缩机停机而造成丙烯排放损失,取得了较好的经济效益。
Since polypropylene fine powder was entrained in the propylene gas recovered by the airlock system on Line234 in the 550kt/a polypropylene plant at Dushanzi Petrochemical Co.,the filter at the suction of vent compressor was blocked by the fine powder accumulated.While cleaning the filter,the compressor was shut down and the propylene was vented through flare instead of being recovered.By installing a sintered metal filter with backflush system at the top of the settler to remove the fine powder entrained in propylene gas.propylene vent loss due to the shutdown of compressor was reduced,and good economic benefit was obtained.
