大直径堆取料机主轴轴承维修技术研究

摘要 针对大直径堆取料机主轴轴承因粉尘进入,造成轴承发卡,部分结构件损坏以及滚动体碎裂等问题,分析原因为粉硫磺进入轴承内部,润滑脂干固,保持架变形,滚珠磨损,由于扭力过大,使轴承温度升高,硫磺粉尘与润滑油脂的混合物自燃,最终导致轴承散架烧毁。提出了将不能拆卸的油封改成可以拆卸的且加注润滑脂迷宫油封的技术措施。 The problems of large diameter spindle bearings of stacker and reclaimer including unsmooth bearings,damaged construction parts and broken rolling elements are analyzed.It is found that the sulfur powder got inside the bearing causes the solidification of lubricating grease,the deformation of retainer and the wear of ball.Due to excessive torque,the bearing temperature rises and the mixture of sulfur dust and lubricating grease spontaneously ignites,thus burning the bearing apart.Some technical measures for replacing non-disassembled oil seal with disassembled labyrinth seal are put forward.
