常减压蒸馏-轻烃回收联合装置平面布置分析

摘要 以近些年开工或已经完成设计的不同规模的常减压蒸馏-轻烃回收联合装置为例,讨论了装置大型化后其构架、管廊、占地的变化,通过分析重要设备的管道如:塔顶线、泵入口线、常压转油线、减压转油线等管道的布置,以使指导设备的平面布置更加合理,力求做到类似装置平面布置、典型重要管道布置风格统一,提高标准化程度。 Some crude oil distillation and light-ends recovery combined units of different capacity are taken as examples in this paper to discuss the changes in architecture,pipe rack and floor area of the unit as the unit capacity increases.Through analyzing the piping layout of key equipment such as overhead pipeline,suction line for pump,transfer line and so on,guidance is provided for equipment layout,so as to unify the layout of similar units and the layout of typical pipelines and to enhance the standardization degree.
