进出装置管廊界区阀平台是几乎每个装置都存在的,平台的类型多种多样。结合部分装置,主要介绍界区阀门安装在水平管上时,几种管廊界区的平台形式。根据阀门安装形式、管线大小、数量、管线走向、管线间距、进出装置管线层高等具体条件,得出哪种条件下选用哪种类型平台更适合,指出每种平台类型的优缺点,并提出改进方案。并且还介绍了界区阀门在立管界区平台的样式,以供参考并拓宽设计思路。

Almost every unit has a battery limit platform which can be classified into many types.Taking some units as examples,this article mainly introduces several types of battery limit platform when battery limit valves are installed on horizontal pipes.Based on specific conditions such as the installation method of valves,the size,number,routing and spacing of pipelines and the elevation of pipeline layers,the type selection of platform for different conditions are analyzed,the advantages and disadvantages of each type arediscussed,and some plans are provided for improvement.The types of battery limit platform when the valves are installed on vertical pipes are also introduced for reference.
