摘要
介绍了延安石油化工厂60万t/a气体分馏装置脱乙烷塔顶回流罐排放C2时携带丙烯多的实际情况,通过工艺技术改造及指标的修订,为节约成本和提高经济效益,利用本企业140万t/a柴油加氢装置吸收脱吸塔,根据吸收、解吸等工艺原理有效地解决了装置存在的问题,取得了良好的经济效益。
Large amount of propylene was entrained in the C2 emissions from overhead reflux tank in the deethanizer of the 600kt/agas fractionation unit in Yan'an Petrochemical Plant.In order to save cost and increase economic benefit,technical transformation was carried out and the indicators were revised based on the actual situations in the plant.The adsorption-desorption column in the 1.4Mt/a diesel hydrotreating unit was used to effectively solve the existing problems of the unit based on adsorption and desorption principles,and good economic benefits were achieved.
