摘要
分析了炼油装置在向化工装置转型过程中存在着条块分割、重复投资、资源分配不合理等问题,为企业形成产业链应对市场经济的发展以及企业走炼化结合做强原料基地的需要,按照产业链运行规律,依托PIMS模型,对炼油全过程业务进行优化,取得了良好效果,累计创效7 585万元。
The main problems such as fragmented operation, duplicated investment and unreasonable resource allocation in transformation of refining units into chemical ones are analyzed in the paper. In order to form the industrial chain in line with the market and to supply more chemical raw materials by refining-chemical integration, the overall refining process is optimized in accordance with operation rules of the industrial chain using PIMS model, which has achieved good effects and accumulative benefit of 75.85 million yuan.
