摘要
目的探讨2种不同化疗方案在晚期胃癌治疗中的临床效果,为临床晚期胃癌患者的治疗提供有效的参考依据。方法选取晚期胃癌患者75例,根据不同的治疗方法,将其分为观察组和对照组。观察组患者采用多西紫杉醇、奥沙利铂与希罗达联合治疗,对照组患者采用多西紫杉醇与顺铂联合治疗,比较2组临床效果。结果观察组与对照组有效率分别为78.95%、56.76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组白细胞下降、恶心呕吐、神经毒性、乏力发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对晚期胃癌患者采用多西紫杉醇、奥沙利铂与希罗达联合治疗,治疗效果显著,不良反应轻,安全有效。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of 2 chemotherapy regimens for advanced gastric cancer ,and pro-vide effective reference basis for treatment of advanced gastric cancer .Methods 75 patients with advanced gastric cancer were divided into the observation group and the control group according to different treatment methods .The observation group received docetaxel ,oxaliplatin and xeloda ,the control group received docetaxel and cisplatin .The clinical effects of the 2 groups were com-pared.Results The effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 78.95%and 56.76%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Leukopenia,nausea,vomiting,neurotoxicity and fatigue in the observation group were lower than that of the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Docetaxel,oxaliplatin and xelo-da is an effective and safe treatment for advanced gastric cancer with less adverse reactions .
