TSLC1和CD105在食管癌组织中表达的临床意义 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨TSLC1和CD105在食管癌组织中的表达水平及其在食管癌发生、发展中的作用。方法收集86例食管癌组织标本及其癌旁正常组织标本,采用免疫组化方法测定TSLC1和CD105的表达,RT-PCR检测TSLClmRNA的表达。结果 TSLC1在食管癌组织的阳性率明显低于癌旁正常组织的阳性率(P<0.05),CD105在食管癌组织的阳性率明显高于癌旁正常组织的阳性率(P<0.05),食管癌组织中的MVD值明显高于癌旁正常组织的MVD值(P<0.05);RT-PCR检测显示TSLClmRNA在食管癌组织中相对表达强度明显低于在癌旁正常组织中的相对表达强度(P<0.05);TSLC1的阳性表达率与TNM分期、病理分级明显相关(P<0.05),CD105的阳性表达率与是否淋巴结转移、浸润深度、TNM分期、病理分级明显相关(P<0.05)。结论 TSLC1和CD105表达与食管癌存在相关性,有可能作为食管癌诊断、进展及预后判断的有效指标,作为食管癌治疗的新靶点。 Objective To investigate the expression of TSLC 1 and CD105 in the occurrence and development of esopha-geal cancer ,and the effect on esophageal cancer .Methods Expression of TSLC1 and CD105 in 86 cases of esophageal cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry ,and expression of TSLClmRN were detected by RT-PCR.Results Positive expression rate of TSLC 1 in esophageal cancer tissues were significantly lower than that of the adjacent normal tissues(P<0.05),positive expression rate of CD105 in esophageal cancer tissues were significantly higher than that of the adjacent normal tissues(P<0.05),MVD in esophageal cancer tissues were significantly higher than that of the adjacent normal tissues(P<0.05);RT-PCR showed that expression of TSLClmRNA in esophageal cancer tissues were significantly higher than that of the adjacent normal tissues (P<0.05); positive expression rate of TSLC1 were significantly related to TNM staging and pathological grading(P<0.05),positive expression rate of CD105 were significantly related to lymph node metastasis ,invasion depth,TNM staging and pathological grading (P<0.05).Conclusion Expression of TSLC1 and CD105 was related to esophage-al cancer ,and maybe considered as effective indicators for diagnosis ,progression and prognosis of esophageal cancer .It could be a new target for the treatment of esophageal cancer .
