项目教学法在高校商务英语写作教学中的实践

Application of Project-based Approach to Teaching of College Business English Writing

商务英语写作是一门专门用途英语课程,有着自身的特点和教学要求,而项目教学法是基于建构主义的以学生为本的一种先进教学方法。将项目教学法运用于商务英语写作教学中,可以有效培养学生的实际写作能力,带动其理论知识水平的提高,并激发其学习兴趣。但项目教学法的实施受各种因素制约,对从业教师具有较大的挑战性。

Business English Writing is a course of English for Special Purposes with its own peculiarities and pedagogical requirements. Project-based approach is an advanced learner-centered model based on constructivism. Application of project-based approach to Business English Writing can effectively cultivate learners’ practical writing skills, lift up their theoretical proficiency, and provoke their interest as well. However, the implementation of project-based approach is restricted by many a factor and a relatively big challenge to practitioners.
