宋代义理易学先驱胡瑗的出处思想很有新意,也很有理论和实践价值。总体上看,在出处问题上胡瑗主张出而不隐,要求人们积极创造条件以动促出,但出也要有道,该出则出,不该出则等。与此同时,胡瑗又把出处与"大中之道"结合起来,强调用心广大,天下为公。此外,他还从辩证角度分析了出处、升进等问题,提出了动不盲动、进不冒进等观点。

Hu Yuan is the pioneer of the Yi-ology in Song Dynasty, his thoughts of get into the society have some new meaning with theoretical and practical values. Generally speaking, Hu Yuan advocated involving into the social activities far from seclusion and demanded people to actively create conditions for the above purpose, which should be in accordance with moral rules. Meanwhile, he combined such thoughts with the doctrine of the mean and emphasized on the whole world as one community and wide breadth of mind. Besides, he analyzed the issues of getting into the world and ascension from the dialectical angle and pushed forward the viewpoints of avoiding blind action and ascension.
