摘要
本实验以尿素、铁盐、亚铁盐等为原料,采用水热法制备了纳米Fe3O4.通过一次回归正交设计研究和讨论了表面活性剂SDS用量、反应温度、反应时间、尿素用量对产物粒径的影响,并通过快速登高法寻优得到了最优工艺条件:表面活性剂SDS用量0.4g、反应温度118℃、反应时间2.1h,尿素用量10g.在最优条件下制备的产物经XRD、TEM和激光粒度分析仪检测得知,产物大部分为球形Fe3O4,平均粒径27nm.
Nano-Fe_3O_4 powder was prepared by hydrothermal method with(NH_2)_2CO and Fe^(2+)/Fe^(3+) as the material of reaction .The affecting factors on the particle size including the SDS dosage of surfactant, reaction temperature ,reaction time , (NH_2)_2CO dosage were studied and discussed through the regression orthogonal design.The optimum conditions were obtained when the SDS dosage is 0.40g,reaction temperature is 118℃and time is 2.1 hour.Characterized by XRD, TEM and Laser Particle-size Analysis Instrument,it showed that the main shape of Fe_3O_4 is spherical and the mean diameter is 27 nm.
