摘要 随着中国综合国力的与日俱增,自主研发已经成为全民共识。自鸦片战争以来,中华民族不断在追求技术的进步和科技的创新,不断在向西方列强学习先进的技术与成果,却很少探究现代科学技术发展背后存在的"方法论"。本文试图回答"李约瑟难题",为什么资本主义和现代科学起源于西欧而不是中国或其他文明社会,并给出了自己的成功做法。中国一汽无锡油泵油嘴研究所通过倡导解放思想,以设计为龙头,带动计算、加工工艺、试验验证、生产制造和质量体系"过五关、斩六将",同时采用质量倒逼的机制实现自主电控共轨系统零故障这一历史性突破,共轨系统"5人小组"的"大兵团作战"研发机制初步形成,功能模块化、产品平台化的研发体系日见成效,体现了中国创造的力量,也再次证明了中国人什么样的尖端技术都能攻克,我们最缺的不是技术,而是信心! Conducting independent research and development has become a national consensus,as the increasing of China's comprehensive national strength. Since the Opium War,the Chinese has continued to progress and innovate in the pursuit of science and technology,and constantly learned the advanced technologies and achievements from the Western powers,but rarely explored the'methodology'behind the high-tech. This article attempts to answer the'Needham Question'-Why capitalism and modern science originated in Western Europe instead of China or other civilizations,and gives its own successful practices. China FAW Corporation Wuxi Fuel Injection Equipment Research Institute advocated'Ideological emancipation',by emancipating the minds and integreating designing, computing,machining technology,test verification,manufacturing and quality systems. The electronically controlled common rail system with new injector design has met the requirement of zero failure,which was a great historic breakthrough. ' 5-person committee' of' large formation'R & D mechanism was initially formed,the whole R&D system was organized by functional module and product platform,which was proved to be quite effective. It also demonstrated the Chinese creative force,which once again proved the Chinese people can develop whatever the cutting-edge technology,and what we are lacking is not technology,but confidence !
