摘要
本文针对自行设计的共轨限流器,通过试验的方式,研究了限流器性能随限流器内芯节流孔径、限流器弹簧刚度、高压油泵转速、共轨压力等参数的变化关系,限流器关闭流量为以后限流器的开发提供一定的设计依据,并为限流器性能的出厂检测标准的制定提供依据。
Parameters of throttle aperture,spring stiffness,camshaft speed and rail pressure were studied based on performance of selfdesigned common rail flow limiter. Design basis and testing standards for performance of common-rail flow limiter were provided through this study,which will be useful for future development of common rail flow limiter.
