摘要 文章总结了广东省幼儿园园长培训中心和幼儿师资培训中心十三年来的培训经验,梳理了培训的做法,并在此基础上提出了今后的设想。 The Guangdong Training Center for Kindergarten Directors and Teachers has accomplished more than 20 training programs in 7 categories such as the training program for administrative officers of kindergarten,the training program of kindergarten director qualification and senior research,the provincial-level Training program for key teachers,the training program of independent kindergarten runner,the training program of kindergarten education at home and abroad and the summit forum of preschool education in South China. The article tries to conclude the center's training patterns and experiences in these years and to provide the thoughts and plans for the future.
