摘要
文章以在新疆教育学院实验小学数学教学实践的双语实习教师为研究对象,对双语教师实习期间的课堂教学能力进行全方位的观察、分析,从教学设计、语言表达、教学策略、评价与反思四个方面对双语实习教师进行了有效的培训指导,以期提高小学双语教师课堂教学的能力。
Based on the study of bilingual math teachers who have practiced teaching in Experimental Primary School in Xinjiang Education Institute,the article tries to observe and analyze the classroom teaching competence of these teachers,and provide efficient training guidance for them in teaching designing,teacher's language,teaching strategies and teaching evaluation and reflection for the purpose of promoting the quality of bilingual education in Xinjiang.
