石河子地区初中课堂管理现状研究分析

A Survey of Classroom Management in Secondary Schools of Shihezi

通过对石河子地区七所初级中学课堂管理方式、管理策略与管理效果的调查显示,存在课堂管理方式不够民主、管理策略单一和管理效果不理想等问题。文章提出了实施人性化的课堂管理方式、多样化的管理策略和建设积极的课堂学习氛围的策略。

Based on the analysis of the investigation into the method,the administrative strategies and result of classroom management in 7 secondary schools in Shihezi,it is found that there are such problems in the management as the undemocratic classroom management mode,the singular management strategies,and the inefficient management result. This paper tries to provide suggestions on how to improve the classroom management methods,strategies and learning environment of classroom management in the secondary schools.
