基于产业转移背景的扬州新兴产业的发展路径研究

On the Development Path of Emerging Industries in Yangzhou Based on Industrial Transfer

江苏的区域经济发展不平衡是经济发展中存在的客观现象,随着苏南经济结构和产业转型升级的推进,劳动密集型产业向苏中和苏北地区有序转移,并取得了明显效果。在产业转移的背景下,扬州的新兴产业如何选择发展路径,决定着其能否在新一轮经济发展中抢占区域竞争制高点,掌握未来发展主动权。本文在对江苏省产业转移和扬州市新兴产业发展的现状进行分析的基础上,探讨了扬州市新兴产业承接转移的条件,并提出了可供选择的发展路径。

The imbalance of regional economic development in Jiangsu is an objective phenomenon existing in economic development. With the advance of economic structure and industry transformation and upgrading in south Jiangsu province,the labor-intensive industries have been transferred to the central and northern areas in Jiangsu with significant achievements. In the context of industrial transfer,how to choose the development path determines whether the emerging industries in Yangzhou can occupy industrial height of regional competition in the new round of economic development,and grasp the initiative of future development. This paper begins with the analysis of the present situation of industrial transfer in Jiangsu province and development of emerging industries in Yangzhou. Then it discusses the conditions of the emerging industries in Yangzhou to undertake transfer. And it further offers the alternative development paths.
