Exploration on the Exemplary Role of Postgraduate Party Members and Cadres

通过调研对当前高校研究生党员骨干发挥先锋模范作用的现状及影响因素进行了分析,并在分析基础上,提出了创新研究生党员理论学习、健全基层组织建设、完善考核评议、推进网络化工作共四个工作机制,为高校加强研究生党员骨干发挥先锋模范作用提供了参考。

This paper conducts a survey on the exemplary role the current postgraduate party members play and analyzes the influencing factors. Based on this, the paper puts forward working mechanism to innovate theoretical study, improve the building of grassroots organizations, and better the evaluation system and establish network service. The paper aims to provide reference on how to strengthen the vanguard and exemplary roles of the backbone postgraduate party members and cadres.
