轴承部件的显微组织及硬度分析

摘要 选用GCr15和GCr18Mo钢材分别制作滚动轴承的滚子和套圈,对两种部件做同样的等温淬火热处理后进行组织及硬度检验。试验结果表明:两部件表面至心部组织及硬度均匀。两部件的组织都由下贝氏体和碳化物组成,但套圈中的下贝氏体组织和碳化物都比滚子中的细小。滚子和套圈中下贝氏体针长宽比分别约为7.5和10,碳化物的平均直径分别约为0.55μm和0.42μm。滚子和套圈的硬度平均值分别为56.2 HRC和60.8 HRC。 This article selects GCr15 and GCr18Mo steel to make a roller and a ring of rolling bearing,respectively. Before microstructure and hardness testing,same isothermal quenching heat treatment is made to specimens made up of these two kinds of materials. The results show that microstructure and hardness of the two specimens from the surface to the core are uniform. Both of the two components' compositions are Lower Bainite and Carbide. But in ring,the size of Lower Bainite and Carbide are smaller than those in roller. The length-width ratio of Lower Bainite needle in roller is about 7. 5,which is about 10 in ring. The average diameter of Carbide in roller is 0. 55 μm,which is 0. 42 μm in ring. The average hardness of the roller is 56. 2HRC,which is 60. 8HRC of the ring.
