摘要
根据高精度立式磨床的故障数据,利用故障模式与故障树相结合的方法对数控磨床可靠性进行分析。首先对该数控磨床系统级故障分布情况及其危害度进行研究,再针对危害度较高的子系统进行故障模式分布情况及其危害度分析,最后基于危害度较高的故障模式进行故障树分析,找出其故障发生的主要原因和故障机理,并提出相应的可靠性改进措施,为数控磨床的可靠性设计、分析、维修等提供依据。
Analyzed the reliability of NC grinding machine based on FMECA and FTA. First,studied the failure distribution and criticality at the system level. Second,reused the method to the highcriticality subsystem. Last,made further fault tree analysis for highcriticality failure mode,found the fault reasons and mechanism. Put forward corresponding improvement measures,offered a theory basis for the reliability design,analysis and maintenance of NC grinding machine.
