摘要
根据电机换向器的在线检测要求,研制了基于机器视觉的电机换向器参数检测系统,实现了对电机换向器不合格零件进行自动识别与快速抓取。该检测系统硬件由传输装置、图像测量系统、片间电压检测装置、废品抓取装置等组成。图像测量系统获取零件的尺寸参数,片间电压检测装置获取片间电压参数,送入计算机,由控制系统执行检测结果,从而达到抓取不合格产品的目的。经实际应用表明,该系统检测速度快、精度高,有效地提高了零件在线质量检测的控制。
According to requirements of the electromotor commutator of production line of work,we develop the parameters detection system based on machine vision. The nonqualified commutator can be automatic detected and quickly removed. The test system consists of the transmission device,visual processing system,voltage between commutator bars detection system,defective goods eliminate equipment etc. The computer get the dimension parameters by image measurement system and voltage parameter by voltage between commutator bars detection system. We use control system to perform the inspection results,so as to achieve the purpose of sorting bad product. The actual application shows that the system has a good realtime performance,high reliability.
