摘要
针对机床多自由度系统的有限元动态分析适用度与机床动态性能研究的问题,采用实验模态分析和有限元分析(FEM)两种方法对车铣复合加工机床样机的振动特性进行了分析,并进一步采用动态响应分析方法分析了机床振动情况对运行情况的影响。分析结果表明FEM能够在一定程度上有效评估机床样机的结构设计的薄弱环节,并为机床结构优化设计奠定理论基础。同时,机床主轴运行速度对于机床振动的影响为机床动态研究提供了指导。
To study the applicability of FEM in the multifreedom machine tool and the dynamic characteristic of the machine tool,the experimental modal analysis and FEM are used in the vibration analysis of the turningmilling machine tool; then,the dynamic reaction method is used to analyze the relation between the vibration and running of the machine tool. The results show that the FEM is suitable for the structural study in the certain limit, and it is useful for the optimization of the machine tool; in addition,the analysis of the spindle speed on the machine vibration is a perfect guidance to the dynamic study of machine tool.
