狭缝节流径向气体静压轴承的结构设计研究 被引量:14

摘要 针对狭缝节流径向气体静压轴承,利用基于有限体积法的Fluent软件进行流场三维建模仿真,研究分析了狭缝的宽度、深度、位置、形状及轴承长径比等因素对轴承静态特性的影响,得到以下结论:当狭缝宽度z=3~4 μm、狭缝深度H=15~17 mm、狭缝距端面L2=10~15 mm时,轴承具有最佳静态特性;轴承长径比在0.8 ~1.5区间,随轴承长径比的增大,轴承静态特性逐渐改善;与连续狭缝相比,非连续狭缝轴承具有较好的静态特性. The three-dimensional slot-restricted aerostatic journal bearing models were built and the simulations were carried out with the Fluent software based on the finite volume method. The effects of the width, depth,location,shape of the slot and the aspect ratio on the static characteristics of journal bearings were studied. The following conclusions were obtained. The bearings with the slot width 3 ~ 4μm,the slot depth 15 ~ 17mm,and the distance between the slot and the end 10 ~ 15mm have the best static characteristics. When the bearing aspect ratio is from 0. 8 to 1. 5,the static characteristics of bearings gradually improve with the increase of the L / D ratio. In addition,the journal bearings with discontinuous slots have better static characteristics than the ones with continuous slots.
