摘要
介绍了数控刮削滚光机床的总体设计结构,并对主要部件结构和技术参数作了详细的论述。该机床的研制解决了深孔类零件加工效率问题,尤其是各类油缸体内孔的精加工高效高精度等问题。用户使用证明,该机床结构设计可靠,操作方便,能够完全满足机床的使用要求。
This paper introduces the overall design structure of NC skiving & roller burnishing machine,and gives a detailed description of the structure and technical parameters of the main components. The development of this machine tool has solved the problem of low efficiency in machining the parts with deep hole, especially to meet the needs of machining a variety of cylinder body hole with high efficiency and high precision. Through the authentication of the user,the design of the machine structure is reliable,and easy to operate,can fully meet the requirements of a variety of deep hole machining.
