摘要
以LabVIEW为系统开发平台,设计实现了加工中心质量与可靠性评价系统,该系统包括用户界面、用户管理、数据采集、数据库管理和数据处理模块。结合加工中心故障特点,对加工中心进行故障分类,提出了分类编码方法,通过Access数据库技术,实现了对故障数据的查询和编辑;给出了一阶灰色模型直接建模算法,实现了加工中心故障威布尔分布的3个参数估计,从而获取了加工中心的可靠性评价指标,并给出了质量SPC实现方法。该系统采用模块化设计,具有操作简便、功能易扩展的特点,方便了加工中心可靠性的分析与研究。
The system based on LabVIEW has the following modules: user interface,user management,data collection,database management and data processing. Combined with the fault characteristics of machining center,the fault classification and its coding method are proposed. The fault data is queried and edited by Access database technology. The estimation method for the three parameters of Weibull distribution based on first order grey model and the method to realize SPC are studied. Based on these,reliability evaluation indexes are acquired. The system is designed in modules,so it is simple to operation and easy to expand functions. It provides convenience for reliability analysis and research of machining center.
