摘要
通过实际画图指出椭圆的旋转角与离心角的不同,并推导出了它们间的换算公式。通过实例加工对比指出了,椭圆方程式中的角度参数指的是离心角而不是图纸标注的旋转角。解决了数控加工中椭圆的角度换算问题,提高了数控加工的质量。
Through actually drawing out the difference between rotation and centrifugal elliptical angle,derived the conversion formula between them. Through two examples of programming contrast points out,angle parameter of elliptic equation refers to the centrifugal angle instead of the drawing rotation angle. This paper solves the angle conversion problems in NC machining ellipse,improves the machining quality.
