摘要
针对该公司开发研制的高效、强力切削数控火车轮专用车床非标卡盘设计,提出了应用串联油缸、液力传动、杠杆增力、三爪自定心、自动夹紧车轮的结构设计方案及工作原理,经实践验证,取得了良好的效果。
The design is for nonstandard chuck with high efficiency,strong force turning for CNC train wheel special lathe,provides the structure and work principle of series cylinder,hydraulic drive,lever enforcing, three-jaw self-centering,auto-clamp wheel. It has been verified by practice.
