摘要
采用多因素线性回归正交试验研究建立了6061铝合金在高速铣削时铣削力与一定范围内铣削参数之间的经验公式,对该经验公式的参数进行了显著性检验,并通过实验验证了铣削力与被铣削材料的厚度、铣削层数之间的相互关系。研究结果为分析预测加工后工件变形、残余应力的分布奠定了扎实的基础。
By a multi- factor linear orthogonal experiment,the theory model between milling force and milling parameters under high- speed milling is studied,significance of this model is examined through examination test. This paper also searches relationships between milling force and thickness,milling layer. The result will be helpful in forecast the deformation after mechanic process and analyze the distribution of residential forces.
