摘要
对3种玩具汽车附件进行了结构分析,详细阐述了汽车附件组合注射模结构、设计要点与工作过程。模具采用组合排位、三板结构、点浇口进料以及成型推杆推出,并用行车感应器对模具复位进行检验,使得模具使用寿命和可靠性大为提高,实践证明模具结构合理,脱模顺利,塑件质量满足要求。
On 3 kinds of toy car accessories are analyzed,elaborates car accessories,injection mold structure design and working process. Mould adopts the combination,three- plate mold structure,point gate feeding and forming putting introduction,and vehicle sensors to inspect the mold reset,so that the service life of the die and the reliability is enhanced greatly,practice has proved that the die structure is reasonable,demoulding smoothly,the quality of plastic parts meet the requirements.
