通过对支架零件在加工中存在的加工刚度差,易变形,易振动,形位精度不易保证等问题的工艺分析,采取一系列工艺措施,有效地进行车削加工,保证产品优质高效。

Some troubles such as poor rigidity,easy deformation and vibration,difficulty in keeping accuracy of form and position are common in the process of support parts. This paper aims to improve the efficiency of machining and ensure product quality through the analysis of above- mentioned troubles.
