介绍了一种新型的全封闭润滑装置,此装置实现数控落地铣镗床中主传动齿轮及轴承的全封闭润滑,润滑油循环快捷,对机床不造成污染,降低了润滑油的油温对机床精度的影响。

A new type of full sealed lubrication device is introduced and it is used for the full sealed lubrication on gears and bearings of main transmission on the CNC floor type milling- boring machines. This device provides rapid recycle of lubrication oil and no pollution on the machines tool. Also it reduces the impact on the machine accuracy from the oil temperature change.
