摘要
针对柴油机气门挺杆孔直径小、位置深、尺寸精度高,各孔加工精度相同等特点,介绍了一种气门挺杆孔的扩、镗、铰加工工艺改进方案。将悬挂式活动钻模板改为镗套,提高刀具的定位、导向精度,解决挺杆孔垂直度超差、孔径喇叭口问题。在水基乳化液冷却的基础上重新设计了油基切削液冷却系统,提高切削过程中对铰刀刃的润滑,解决挺杆孔粗糙度超差及刀具磨损快等问题。该气门挺杆孔铰孔工艺改进方案,保证并提高产品质量,降低刀具成本,提高工作效率。
This paper introduces an improvement program of valve lifter hole machining process( expanding,boring, hinging),the program was based on the analysis of the features of processing of valve lifter hole of diesel engine,including the small diameter and deep location of the hole,high accuracy of the hole size and same accuracy requirement for each hole,etc. The objective of the boring bushing replace suspended bushing plate was to improve position and orientation for cutting tool,aimed to solve tappet hole verticality tolerance,aperture inconsistency problem. The design of the oil-based cutting fluid cooling system was based on water-based emulsion cooling system,In the cutting process,improve the lubrication of the hinge blade,aimed to solve the tappet hole roughness of the ultra-poor and rapid tool wear. The hinging process improvement program of valve lifter hole ensures and improves product quality,reduces tool costs,improves work efficiency.
