Research on improving machine tools' operation safety

简要介绍了国内外机床安全设计、制造和操作的概况。以铣床为例对其操作安全防护现状进行了详细分析,提出提升机床操作安全标准的必要性,视安全质量与产品质量并重。推荐了标准贯彻实施的方案,促进与同行的共同交流。

This article briefly introduces the condition of machine tools' safety design,manufacture and operation both in domestic and foreign markets. And taking milling machine as an example,we analyze about the present situation of operation safety protection and put forward the necessity to improve machine tool operation safety standards,and attach equal importance to safety quality and product quality,thus a standard implementation scheme is recommended in order to achieve a common communication and improvement together with all colleagues.
