摘要 以某型号精密激光切割数控机床的定位精度补偿问题为例,重点分析利用UMAC对数控机床定位精度补偿的原理、步骤、数据处理方法,以及UMAC内部各类数据缓冲区创建与删除应遵循的原则,并实现上位机数控软件的定位精度补偿功能。利用激光干涉仪测量各轴补偿前、后的定位精度误差;测量结果表明,定位精度补偿使得该机床各轴的定位精度得到了有效提高,达到了X、Y轴±2μm、Z轴±4μm的定位精度要求。 Taking the positioning precision compensation problem of a certain precision laser cutting CNC machine tool as example,the principle,steps and data processing method of positioning precision compensation based on UMAC are analyzed. The rule,which should be followed when internal data buffers of UMAC be creating or deleting,is expounded in detail. The positioning precision compensation function of PC software is realized. The positioning precision errors are measured by a laser interferometer before compensating and after compensating. The measuring result shows that the positioning precision compensation makes the positioning precision of the CNC machine tool axis to be improved effectively and reaches the requirements of positioning accuracy of X,Y axis in ± 2 μm and Z axis in ± 4μm.
