β-淀粉样蛋白清除障碍与阿尔茨海默病 被引量:6

摘要 阿尔茨海默病( AD)是目前常见的不可逆的神经系统的退行性疾病,是一种伴有脑特殊病理及生化改变的获得性、持续性及全面性的认知功能障碍的综合征。目前认为AD的组织病理学表现主要为细胞外β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)沉积所导致的老年斑(SP),细胞内神经纤维缠结(NFTs)以及神经元缺失等〔1〕。AD严重危害人类健康,为家庭和社会带来沉重的负担,但目前无有效的治疗方法可以延缓AD的发作或减慢AD的进展,所以对AD的研究一直是热点。 Aβ在AD发病中起关键作用,以往的研究认为Aβ产生过多导致AD的发生,最新研究认为Aβ的清除障碍是促进AD发展的主要病因,现在就Aβ的清除障碍与AD进行简单综述。
