前列地尔注射液治疗冠状动脉慢血流的疗效 被引量:4

摘要 冠状动脉慢血流( CSFP )是指在排除了冠状动脉狭窄、冠状动脉痉挛、冠脉气体扩张、心脏瓣膜病、心肌病等因素后,在冠状动脉造影术( CAG)中发现冠状动脉无明显病变,但是冠状动脉远端血流灌注出现延迟的现象〔1〕。1972年首先由Tambe等报道了6例有胸痛症状的患者,经CAG未发现血管病变,但血流速度明显减慢。目前对CSFP的发病机制尚不明确,亦无确切的治疗方法。本研究探讨前列地尔注射液对CSFP的临床疗效。
