摘要
目前获得白光LED的有效途径是利用蓝光发光二极管(LED)芯片与掺杂铈的钇铝石榴石(YAG:Ce3+)荧光粉组合。溶胶-凝胶法制备YAG:Ce3+稀土荧光粉具有操作简单、成本低廉、均匀性好等特点,被广泛用作制备YAG:Ce3+稀土荧光粉。综述目前溶胶-凝胶法制备YAG:Ce3+稀土荧光粉的研究进展,并对发展趋势进行展望。
At present the effective way to obtain white LEDs is using the combination of blue light emitting diode(LED) chips and cerium doped yttrium aluminum garnet(YAG: Ce3+) phosphors. Sol-gel method YAG: Ce3+ rare earth phosphor powder is simple to operate, cheaper and more uniform. The method has been widely used for the preparation of YAG: Ce3+ rare earth phosphors. The research status of sol-gel methods to prepare YAG: Ce3+ rare earth phosphor powder is reviewed in this paper, and the development trend is prospected.
