摘要 本文采用复盖式纵向研究法,对9—18岁男女学生的最大吸氧量进行连续4年的直接测定,分析研究了其自然发展规律及年龄、性别特征。 Adopt cover up longitudinal research method, the paper measured directly VO2maxof 360 subjects from 9 to 18 year old in continued four years. The results as followed: Boy and girl students absolute VO2max increased with year, boy students reach peak value at 17 year old, but girl students at 14 year old. from 14 year old, boy students absolute VO2max was higher above girl students, and the difference increased with year, during period of 14-17 year old, the absolute VO2max of girl students was 11 - 36% lower than that of boy students. After ten year old, boy and girl students relative VO2max didn' t appear remarkly difference in different year. But girl students' relative VO2max was lower remarkly than that of boy students from 10 year old, and was 24 % lower than that of boy students during 17 year old. Oxygen pulse of boy and girl students increased with year, but that of girl students kept steady state from 13 year old, after 14 year old, oxygen pulse of girl students was lower remarkly than that of boy students, and the difference increased with year, during 17 year old, girl students' oxygen pulse was 37% lower than that of boy students
