Considerations about the Problems in the Post-management of Our Country's Government Invested Projects

项目的后管理是一个往往容易被忽视的环节,对于大多数非赢利性的政府投资项目来说更是如此。通过分析项目后管理工作中存在的问题及原因,结合实际情况,对我国政府投资项目后管理的改革提出一些针对性的建议。

The post-management of the project is such a link that is easy to be ignored quite often, especially for most of the nonprofit government invested projects. Through analyzing the problems existing in the post-management of the projects and their causes, and connecting with the real situation, this paper puts forward some corresponding suggestions for the reform of the post-management of our country's government invested projects.
