人民币汇率制度的选择

目前我国名义上实行的是有管理的浮动汇率制度,但实际上是钉住美元的固定汇率制度,而这一制度在实践中已经面临种种困难。为此从货币政策的有效性、汇率政策的可持续性、浮动汇率下的汇率波动的影响、有管理的浮动汇率的不合理性4个方面进行了分析和探讨,从而得出了我国应选择自由浮动的汇率制度的结论。

At present, the floating exchange system with management is practiced in our country in name, but the fixed exchange system is staring at the US dollars in reality and is facing various difficulties in its practice. Probing into and analyzing on the effectiveness of the monetary policy, the sustainability of the exchange policy, the influence of exchange fluctuation under the floating exchange, the floating exchange with management, this paper draws the conclusion that our country should select the exchange system of the free floatation.
