This paper discusses on the hierarchical division of the equipotential bonding and the importance of its implementation, describes briefly the material selections, construction techniques and testing methods of the equipotential bonding, and analyzes on and probes into the problems existing in the course of carrying out the equipotential bonding such as the excessively nitty-gritty construction requirements, the incoordination between the technical standard and the productive norm, and the inconsistentness of the production of the attachments, etc.
